This is a small size book, the gold one is a bigger one. Pictures are beautiful- has frames around every page and different colors and pictures for different sections. Also includes Haggadah. There is no transliteration so you got to read Hebrew. I love it! It is so beautiful it makes you to Look forward to use it.

This is the second copy I’ve ordered - this time for a family member. Mine is a treasured belonging now and my family member’s face completely lit up upon receipt. It is an excellent resource for Shabbat and holiday prayers and provides both Sephardic and Ashkenazi options. Because the blessings are broken down, it helps the person understand the various pieces of the blessing. The illustrations are beautiful and helpful in understanding the traditions behind the holidays. This also helped me understand much better how I am supposed to be praying and honoring to a spouse and children. There is some serious spiritual power and connection from G-d when saying these prayers!!!

This is a beautiful book, and I am very happy with it. However, I do wish that they'd put the English pronunciation of the Hebrew prayers in the book. It has English, and Hebrew written with Hebrew characters, but I bought this as a gift, and the recipient has forgotten how to read Hebrew, and the prayers sound so nice in their original language. Still a gorgeous book for gifting though :0)

I dont know where KENNY WILlS found the "Transliteration" in this book of blessings and he needs to lookup the meaning of the word. Unfortunately, based on his review, I gave the book of blessings as a gift to a neophyte Jew by Choice who, as yet, does not ready Hebrew, but wants to say the prayers in Hebrew.
Note: to KENNY WILLS that's what "transliteration" accomplishes..
